Terms of Service

These terms are the agreement between you and ARIVON, the maker of YOSI. By creating an account or playing, you accept them. If you do not accept them, do not use YOSI.

Who can play

You must be at least 13 years old. If you are under 18, you need a parent or guardian's permission, and they accept these terms for you.

Your account

• One account per person. Keep your sign-in secure; you are responsible for what happens on your account.
• Your handle must not impersonate anyone, and must not be offensive. We may change a handle that breaks this.
• You can delete your account at any time from Settings. Our Privacy Policy explains what happens to your data when you do.

Fair play

Literature is a game of memory and deduction, and ratings mean something only if everyone plays straight. You must not:

• share information about hands with other players outside the game, or agree results in advance;
• play on more than one account, or let someone else play on yours, to move a rating;
• use bots, scripts or any tool that plays or remembers for you;
• exploit a bug instead of reporting it.

We detect collusion and unusual play automatically. We may review games, reset ratings, remove rewards, and suspend or close accounts that break these rules.

How you treat others

In chat, clubs, handles and anything else other players see, do not harass, threaten, or abuse anyone, and do not post anything illegal, sexual, hateful or deceptive. Use the report button when someone does. We may remove content and restrict accounts that break this.

What you post

You keep ownership of what you post — chat messages, your avatar, feedback. You give ARIVON permission to store it, show it to the players it was meant for, and use it to run and moderate the game.

A replay link you share lets anyone who has it watch that game, including the other players' moves. Revoke it in the app when you want it to stop working.

Rewards and virtual items

Rewards, cosmetics, battle pass tiers and ratings are part of the game. They have no cash value, cannot be sold or transferred, and we may change or rebalance them. If YOSI ever sells anything, the terms of that purchase will be shown to you before you pay.

The service

We work to keep YOSI running and fair, but it is provided as it is. Games can be interrupted, features can change, and some may be removed. We are not responsible for losses caused by an interruption, a lost connection, or a rating change that follows from one.

To the extent the law allows, ARIVON is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of YOSI.

Ending this agreement

You can stop at any time by deleting your account. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, and will tell you why unless the law or the safety of other players prevents it.

Changes to these terms

When these terms change, we publish the new version here and change the date at the top. If a change is significant, we will tell you in the app before it takes effect. Continuing to play after that means you accept the new terms.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India.
